Armidale City Council required an installation of a 21m long Fully Fabricated Inspection Pit.
This particular concept was developed by Hartex in order to deliver a rapid solution to the client's precise requirements.
Indeed this type of solution is easily retrofittable into existing workshops within a 6 week period with only 3 days work being carried out on-site.
Excavating the provision.
All maintenance services like lights, ventilation oil and compressed air dispensing neatly mounted.
The new service bay is delivered to the clients workshop
...then dropped into the excavated hole, and adjusted to the final floor level.
Concrete is then poured in to fill the remaining excavation area.
An oil/water separator is installed on the trade wastewater line. This way the discharge of the pit cleaning water complies with the Australian Sewer discharge regulations.
After power is connected, tests are carried out to certify the service bay. Shown above is the load test for the jacking system.
